Hong Kong, Part 3

Hubs left for Hong Kong on business on Valentine’s Day night. While we had enough time for me to make some fried chicken for dinner (what else?), we didn’t get to do our usual night out on the town. I joked that we would just celebrate in Hong Kong.

Turns out, the city was quite lovely for a couple’s stroll, especially the promenade at Tsim Sha Tsui.

As a side note, I was embarrassed that I didn’t know anything about Falun Gong and quickly remedied that by doing some online research when we got back to the hotel.

We stopped for a quick, sweet snack at Hui Lau Shan at my friend’s recommendation. (Hey! Turns out that Creations in San Francisco used to be a licensed partner of Hui Lan Shan!) YUM – I love mango mochi.

I love so many things about walking along the water. In this case, the Avenue of Stars was particularly fun. Yep, that’s Bruce Lee.

And the guy below? That’s just the wonderful guy I get to have fun with every day.
